The Resort
Upon completion this fresh, new development will consist of 154 RV spaces in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, stable high speed internet, and electricity hookups. Large drive lanes allow for easy maneuvering. Select spaces will feature full pad coverage for your valuable assets.
The clubhouse will be 2,800 SF and will feature 4 individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, an arcade room, a business center, a resident lounge and community kitchen and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a pool with tanning shelves, a “beer garden” with picnic tables, fire pit, yard games and grills, a dog wash, a playground and rental storage units. Other amenities will include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized.
The resort has more than 100 spaces complete and are looking forward to opening the clubhouse, laundry and showers in Spring 2023! Come see our progress!

Historic Wharton, Texas is the County Seat for Wharton Country and has long been the regional hub for business and health services for the region. Just 60 miles from City Center Houston and even closer to all Sugarland has to offer, you can leave the hassle of the city behind, but stay in touch with all the conveniences that a major city offers. We are just an hour away from the beaches and excellent fishing along the Gulf of Mexico. The town of Wharton is at the doorstep of some of the best hunting and bird watching found anywhere, truly an outdoor paradise.

Jetstream RV Resort at Wharton’s cancellation policy is related the time frame between the cancellation date your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
A reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrive date will receive a full refund.
A reservation cancelled 29-11 days prior to arrival date will be charged 1 day ($50) fee.
A reservation cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will receive no refund or credit.
No-shows will receive no refund or credit
No refunds or credits for early departure.
